DISPATCH I • EVIDENCE PROTOCOL
Photographic Evidence Non-Retention
Photographs and visual evidence uploaded to FakeSense for forensic evaluation are processed strictly in volatile, ephemeral memory. Once uploaded, your image file is converted directly into an in-memory base64 buffer solely for transmission to the Google Gemini multi-modal inspection API.
FakeSense maintains no permanent server-side gallery, disk cache, or database of uploaded portraits or documents. We never sell, share, or license uploaded imagery to third-party data brokers, nor are your personal photographs ever harvested to build biometric registries, facial recognition databases, or generative AI training sets.
DISPATCH II • NEWS WIRE INQUIRIES
Confidentiality of Fact-Checking Queries
Transcriptions, news headlines, and textual claims submitted to the Wire Verification desk are queried in real time against authoritative global sources via Google Search Grounding. We do not construct reader dossiers, behavioral tracking profiles, or search histories based on the dispatches you examine. What you investigate remains entirely your private inquiry.
DISPATCH III • ZERO TELEMETRY
No Trackers, Ads, or Cross-Site Cookies
FakeSense does not deploy cross-site tracking cookies, behavioral advertising beacons, fingerprinting scripts, or third-party telemetry tools. The only client-side storage mechanism utilized is standard browser session storage (sessionStorage), reserved exclusively for UI state management—specifically ensuring the vintage broadsheet intro stamp is not repeatedly displayed during a single visit.
★ OFFICIAL NOTICE: ENCRYPTION & DATA INTEGRITY ★
Encrypted Transit: All communications between your terminal and the FakeSense service execute across industry-standard encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS). API inquiries sent to Google Gemini utilize secure, authenticated machine-to-machine protocols.
DISPATCH IV • THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
Google Gemini API Disclosures
Forensic analysis and search grounding are processed through the Google Gemini API. Interactions comply with enterprise API terms, ensuring that submitted prompts and imagery are processed strictly for real-time inference and response generation without being retained for public model refinement.
